Experience Lapland at night on our evening wilderness safari, held during the darkest hours between 9 PM and 1 AM. Whether it is a crisp, freezing winter night or a clear evening perfect for northern lights, this adventure takes you deep into the wilderness on foot.

During the trip you can enjoy traditional Finnish moments by the campfire, grilling sausages under the starry sky, and explore the snowy landscape on snowshoes or by off-track cross-country skiing. The peaceful atmosphere, untouched nature and the chance to see the northern lights make this an unforgettable night.

Aurora Hunting by Car

For true adventurers. When the sky above the resort is clouded over, we drive in search of clearer conditions, sometimes far from Kuusamo, guided by the night's forecast. Your guide knows where the weather usually breaks.

Along the way you will hear about the auroras, the old beliefs attached to them, and the landscape you are travelling through. Warm drinks are served on the road. Professional photographs of the night are taken by your guide and sent to you afterwards.
